I can't recall a single good memory from that company. The only good thing about that company was my Executive level colleagues who always stood by me and supported throughout the journey.

1-If you want to elaborate how exactly toxic work culture feels and unable frame it in a word then you can use Coffee Day Global Limited as a synonym to make it more appropriate 2- Pathetic HR policies. 3- They never pay salary on time, you will feel like getting salary once in 2 months. 4- They don't pay conveyance. 5- In many cases they keep the salary on hold and never pay. 6- They treat employees like daily wage workers. 7- Zero work life balance. 8- They will overload the employees with numerous work but the salary is too less/ unworthy. 9- Never appreciate, They will rather take away the credit. 10- They will never try to understand the actual issues going on in the market and just unnecessarily compel to do stupid stuffs. 11- I literally remember getting scolded and lectured for 2 hrs for not wishing him Goodmorning!! 12- If you ask leaves pertaining to health issues, the manager literally said that your teammate is on leave if you want leave then call and tell him to come back to office otherwise you can't get leave!!!! There are endless things about this toxic company and I can write a book about it! This company is so Pathetic that no employee completes 1 year here, everyone resigns much before that. Salary doesn't comes on time. We generally gets on 15-20th of the month, Only Pressurise on Stocking the distributors and also Risk of Machine Recovery Cost is Incurred on Salary of Employees. Even Exit Policy is not smooth

I thought coffee Day Beverages is the good profit earning part for CCD and CCD is like a MNC company but now it's acting like a normal company and during the lockdown company provides till August month end work from home option but manager act like a boss and called for the field visit are market visit.in the month of June only. But I have not heard any health policy rules and regulations.

I am feeling very bad compare to cement industry life and now a days we are not seeing our salary on are before 7/8 of the month but it's moved to 17/18 th of the next month and there is no confidence we are going to receive the full salary are 75% salary

The worst company one can work with. Salary never on time, conveyance never on time. After working for 60 days one month salary is released that too no fixed date. Conveyance pending from last 5 months. They expect employees to work and travel without salary and conveyance. Unethical and fraud policy manager expect you to attend office or vc even after knowing somebody passed away in your family. No promotion no pay hike. Once you get into this organization you are trapped. Pure mental harrasment. HR doesn't have clarity when salary will be released. If you are promised for confirmation after 1 year and a retention bonus you will have to wait for years as they won't give any clarity. Don't think of joining this organization as it is a trap. When you resign they will make your life hell by holding salary and conveyance for no reason as whatever they mention on appointment letter they don't follow anything. Job security is there but what will you do without salary. No salary hike and promotion. Unethical Unprofessional Salary never on time.. July month salary will be released in last week of August. That too no surety of amount. Conveyance was last given in January Keep on working and don't expect salary on time, Promotion,Pay hike Bond is there for 2 years. If you leave the company before 2 years company take that amount.But if you complete 2 year and expect retention amount then you will have to wait for years as HR will say no idea about it....Read More

No Learning, No Training, No Policies, No System and No Management , HR department it's a cancer here, totally useless, it is more of Dukaan then an organisation. This company has only bad and bad and bad things especially for sales people. NO INCENTIVE FOR SALES, Travel Conveyance Forget it! It's a bad mis managed company that's why owner committed Suicide. All bads are in this one company seems strange but true , you can ask anyone or any of the ex employee. All old good experienced people have left only who are not getting jobs are working here. You will get salary after 20th , technically after 55 days work you will get one month salary, No appraisal from last 3 years, very low salary and buttering bosses culture, work on all 7 days as what manager's choice.
