Only good for freshers. But they sign a bond of 4-5 years which is not even legal.

Dislikes

The management at chetu is high egoistic, and HR never listens to employees. They will terminate you instantly if you question seniors or management. They also threaten your family and file legal case against you if you don’t comply. Additionally, they withhold you salary and reliving documents after termination.

Chance to work as a fresher

Chetu policy there Floor Manager and TL, TL have no technical knowledge they always watch people not buttering us they don’t have reviews, they can not judge skills, they have no rules. Employees can not complain anyone and anywhere. Girls are not safe there. No maternity or paternity leaves there, No sick leave. Every higher management behave like a villagers and illiterate

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Chetu and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was plagued with incompetence and lack of professionalism. Firstly, their customer service was abysmal. It took ages to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the representatives were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they couldn't care less about resolving my issues. Secondly, the product I received was of extremely poor quality. It was nothing like what was advertised on their website. It was cheaply made and fell apart within days of use. It was clear that no attention to detail or quality control went into manufacturing it. To make matters worse, when I tried to return the product for a refund, I was met with resistance and unnecessary hurdles. It was as if they were intentionally making the return process as difficult as possible to discourage customers from seeking refunds. Overall, my experience with Chetu was utterly disappointing and frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to steer clear and find a more reputable and reliable company to patronize.
