Salary benchmarking is good, benefits are good, because thats mostly to make it equivalent per the Australian standard, however mid level n senior management is utterly incompetent, managers with no leadership skills, no learning opportunities, bad quality work, above all a place which can cause an absolute morale damage

Dislikes

Other than medical benefits, nothings is great about CBA in India

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
