1. 2-3 event they conduct for employees throughout the year again with some inconvenience. 2. They have table tennis and pool tables on floor which is in working hours 3. They provide cab from metro station to office and vice versa but only for peak timming.

Dislikes

1. Work culture is very bad as there are no policies for employees and it is completely driven by management. 2. Management here is very expert in fooling employee and do not help in project and customer related issues. 3. Company has strict 8 hour on floor policy where they also monitor screen time with each and every activity. 4. Company do not have employee retention policy or do not care about employee problems within organisation. 5. 10% of your pay is variable which depends on company performance so good and bad performer, both get the same pay. (In my tenure company never performed good) 6. Organisation do not care about your work life balance and ask to work based on client demand (in some cases we have worked till morning 5am) 7. Organisation has school based rules for clothing and all, yet it is not strictly followed but sometimes hr and management will mention it. 8. Dont expect hike more than 10% and on promotion you don't get money but more work. 9. They have old style computers, broken chairs and unclean floors. (Only management floors are top notch) 10. There is no compensation for extra working hours, working weekends but they don't hesitate to ask for more working hours. 11. They don't have enough parking. 12. Always behind for free marketing by pasting big stickers on employees vehicles by making it ugly. 13. If you opt for permanent work from home or for few months because of health issues or medical, your complete conveyance allowance is deducted which has maximum slice of the salary. 14. You don't get project or account change, whatever issue is, management will force you to resign so that they wont have any impact. 15. They don't train people to upskill and have non sence trainings and trainers but don't hesitate to ask for upskilling as well irrespective of requirements....Read More

Work culture in good, they have different activities planned throughout the years. Games like chess, Tt, pool, box cricket is fun. Kite flying on uttrayan. Music nights and events on Diwali are fun. And annual bash is amazing. Technology wise it all depends on project. But still they use latest tech and advice their client to use that.

Dislikes

3 days work from office policy is good. But they calculate hours on those days. It should be minimum 24 hours in 3 days from office or your leaves are deducted. The also offer PWFH but deduct salary (transport allowance). The variable is sometimes paid and sometimes they don't or very less. All depends on company performance.

Culture is bad. If you're not needed, you'll get a call saying that you need to resign and your access will be lost within next 2 minutes. Then you don't get your some documents also required for next company joining.

The company appears more focused on flashy infrastructure projects and building new towers than on taking care of workforce. Just the thing I like is to be honest is CEO, he is a good person. But management below him is worst.

Dislikes

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values fair compensation or work life balance. Despite promise of variable pay, employee receives nothing. Even those who are billable and contribute directly to the company’s revenue. There is no recognition or reward for performance, salary hike are nonexistent for the majority, regardless of effort or output. I had work for this company day and night, even though having your team support doesn’t matter , because upper management will demoralise you in such a way that you will doubt you skills and potential. Being a part of company I have seen many employees just playing around and receiving good salary hikes. I am working for this company being billable is not enough, I was working as a fresher and I was told that fresher can get good salary hikes, and i got 0%.
