The work load was more in covid times. Post that the daily work became same form office and home. Although enjoyed a lot and learnt so many things in my tenure.

Work culture is good. Depends upon your boss and thats how you can grow here. There are very high chances of growth if right candidate is given right tasks in Delhivery. Work pressure is very very high so personal life is always disturbed and you have to work for odd hours as well to meet the timelines. Overall it is good to work and enjoy and learn.
