TLDR: 10/10 if someone is a self learner who wants to get paid while they are upskilling and looking for better opportunity. Not much innovative work just some repetitive things which if one can automate early then they can spend most of the time ideally or focus on upskilling completely so they can move to a better company. No proper SDLC followed so one can take it very chill. managers are also lazy. You have to work on higher manager's pet-projects which have value only within the team so no need to worry about customer satisfaction. No need to write unit-test, who need them anyway. Doesn't work on new technologies so no need to upskill, unless someone is planing to resigne. And a lots of fake appreciation for formality. Work from remote location and good work life balance if you are not in support....Read More

Finacle False advertise itself as Product base division but it's just like Infosys service base company with dinosaurs. Only fake appreciations and no increment even after 2 years with proven trackrecord of delivered project. Infosys have increment cycle but EdgeVerve have no such thing. Associate Product Developer is their specialdesignation. anyone with this designation will never get promoted. their idead is to wait till some of them resigne and then higher new replacement. thats why this is the only position they left open and highered in bulk even in recession. No tech-lead to guide you in Finacle department so a fresher have to learn themselve how to develop a production grade application. it's not that the tech-leads are not there but they themselves are learning with fresher. some of them have 10+ years of experience with knowledge leass than a freshers and some have very bad critical thinking skill but holding a managerial position with a significantly higher salary. Higher manager's pet-projects comes with unrealistic deadline and requirement without any proper thought that have no value so they gets removed some time after implementation anyway....Read More

1. No work life balance they’ll force you to work for 2-3am types 2. No appraisal/hike even in two years 3. Every half yearly they’ll ask to fill evaluation form, but it’s just a formality. 4. No growth opportunity if you perform well then they’ll bound you to remain in the team. 5. Even you’ll need to work on weekends just for stupid tools(product) to which they don’t have any outside customer.
