Some teams leadership doesnt have vision what they are doing and why ? Too much over engineering by senior tech leaders and they keep migrating from x to y

- Work life balance - smart people who are very capable and technically strong - good scale and very capable systems

Dislikes

- politics at management level - no clarity or vision; lot of reorgs - architectures are in limbo as tech leadership doesn't have vision for products and there is platform in progress for everything. You start building something and then, leadership will ask you to align it with some platform in progress, who don't have time or are struggling with priorities - people are bit spoilt and relaxed as you got paid a lot for operational business as usual stuff. - high attrition...Read More
