Not much to like except for gym reimbursement.

Dislikes

Worst work culture and toxic work environment. Lot of politics. Not very learned people in company . Certifications are not appreciated. Incompetent Managers expect team members to pamper n please them hard, all who who aspire growth. Worst mistake made in my IT career by joining this firm. Parity b/w CTC n in hand salary.

India office is still immature in its Data Department. Immature Managers driven toxic culture. They are still living in India's 90's era hostile work environment. Most team members work in fear Openness n feedback not appreciated . Job security is low . Not a good place for Data Engineers. U might join based on high variable component but will regret joining within 2 months of working. Company policies are good....Read More
