Salary comes on time Office is in prominent location in Bangalore Company provides transport

Dislikes

Nothing likeable in the corporate credit dept. Monotonous process with no growth. No knowledge transfer, no standard appraisal cycle implemented even after 2 years, no onsite opportunities, no manager or team lead to address any concerns. HR is almost non existent, high attrition

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
