The manager I worked under Took half of my incentives every month my salary was only 11k that time and his salary was 70k then also he takes incentive from his every team members and pressurring unnecessarily Didn't go on leads with us. Senior also ignore all this things

It WAS a good place to work as it was women friendly…Good work culture…Awesome unity among the staff…Axis has lost its glory.

Now it has become the worst place to work…Not friendly, too much of being supportive towards only one employee who works as the superiors PA..Only that person is recognised every year n actual hardworking employees are put down stating illogical reasons…Not at all women friendly, NO Professionalism…Axis is now an absolute crap.

It's a great organization until you don't want to work or not seeking further growth rapidly. Lack of knowledge at support-end which makes it difficult to stay efficient all the time. If deputed at a good place so, might be chances are there to grow further with enhanced knowledge and skill but that's rare case. Great place to work with high salary and highest of job profile but not recommended for sales profile. You may start from here but staying long can make you less efficient....Read More

Nothing. Worst work culture. The employee who will satisfy supervisor he/she will get promotion or appraisal and will get posting in choosen location. There is no reward for good work

It seems like an Insurance company and not feeling like employee but feeling like insurance agent. Supervisor always focus on Insurance business more than the customer core service and banking needs.

Life insurance ( traditional products) 2.CASA 3.Fixed deposit 4.Loans If your good in selling in Life Insurance then you will get promotion easily other wise it is very difficult to get promotion.
