It was the worst experience to work in this company, although I read the review from glassdoor before joining still, I joined hoping that things will be fine but really it was a wrong decision from my side. There are some:- No Work-Life, people can call you any time, the manager will say you will not sleep today until you finish thework. The timing is 9 am to 6 pm but you are supposed to be available till 11pm. If you are thinking of to go in any party by 8 pm as the shift ends by 6 pm, stop.. send other members of the family. as they can ask you why were you not available at 8 pm? Leave will never be approved, you will have to take it forcefully. The manager uses abusive language. People in team says "Agar aaj kaam finish nahi hua to manager jaan le lega"....Read More

No Good Hr Policy for resigned employees. They force you for resignation. Or else they make situation where you can only do resignation. That planning start form management to hr team. They not even ask you why you are leaving. So much politics for incremante. Not even think about employees current situation. Not supports from seniors. Felt like i was in Indian politics.
