Liked the office location.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low, same as the growth. They do not provide any confirmation documents. You would only have the offer letter, they had provided before your joining. HR policy is very bad. They can sack you anytime without showing you any reasons. Working environment is very bad. Only a single and common washroom for both men and women.

Please have a taste of the big guns in the field see why and where u r lacking being a product based company... Then verify ur mentality and prove it in 20 years I hope so lol

Coworkers are supporting and well behaved and gave proper training of the work profile to me.

HR and management always tend to over exploit it's employees, gave no facilities, benefits or bonuses. No health insurance and No job security.
