A company culture is a reflection of its leadership. When top management prioritizes politics over people, it creates a toxic work environment where employees feel unheard and undervalued. Decision-making becomes one-sided, with no regard for input from lower level employees. A rigid and dismissive leadership style, especially from key figures like the CHRO, further deteriorates morale. In environments where few women are employed, biased leadership becomes, even more evident. If an issue arises, the male dominant management often sites with men without hearing both sides, unfairly, blaming women and pressurising her mentally. They make judgements based on surface level observations, without understanding the full context, completely disregarding personal circumstances. Without knowing the exact reasons behind a situation, blaming someone is not only unfair, but also reflects poor leadership. This kind of toxic and narrow minded leadership not only damages employee morale and but also weakens the company’s overall culture. Work Life Balance Family Like culture Top Management is great.

Dislikes

HR Team has too much Politics at both Corporate and Plant. Only 2-3 seniors are growing here and getting all the money and credit and promotions on the work done by the team. Too much partiality and disrespect by the seniors. No coordination between heads of different locations and the juniors have to face so much lack of unprofessionalism leading to a toxic environment.
