Only food facility was good except that nothing

No job security No manager and team lead comes to the office.. Whenever we ask something they have only one answer GOOGLE. They were not focusing on us.. They don't have projects in the company. After one year they are saying we are not having projects. Teams and manager don't have focus on us also.
