No benefits, no perks, bad salary structure,less no. Of leaves, no work life balance, no transportation, everything is part of your CTC, IN SHORT 'PACKAGING IS GOOD -FROM INSIDE PATHETIC "

Seniors and Management is very supportive and always listen to your Approach of work.

Dislikes

There are few of the people inside the org. Very toxic and always gossips about other work and demotivated you, I think in my opinion those of the few points which needs to take care from Upper Management as well to actually for great place to work culture .

Great place for learning new things. Project oriented learning which is beneficial for self growth. Friendly and positive workplace environment.

Dislikes

Worst employee benefits... Salary structure is messed up... Typical baniya culture while salary negotiations by HR department... No technical training programs organised for employees.
