The work culture and team members are amicable and help you to grow with their experience. Also, HCLTech organizes various extracurricular activities (Sports, Dance, etc) which help employees within the organization come together and make new connections.

Dislikes

There is little concern in the area of employee recognition as per the efforts given by employees. The Performance appraisal and review is too slow which gets delayed by a Quarter during the appraisal cycle.

The work culture is depends on the project as I worked on two projects and in one the culture was great and chilled out but on the other one it was feeling like trapped. So it is totally depends on project. Overall experience is good with everyone

The appraisal process is bit complex and not able to find any relevant answers from HR end as well

No job security, they are not assigning work to the employee for 1 year after that they put the employee in bench within 3 month you need to allocate in a project, they won't help us to move into project, I am an experienced candidate they took me as a java developer they didn't assign me work, they are saying project is not there what ever opening is there move on into that project they are saying forced the employee to work in support or else they force to resign the job after 3 month of bench period, my career is totally spoiled in HCL...Read More
