...e and people who wants to have job security at expense of appraisals and growth. Don't expect anything in the form of appraisals and try to join at very good package or else salary will be stagnant. If you are working in customer locations then forget about your hardwork you put it which will not be acknowledged by your hcl manager and your performance doesn't get you appraisals.

1. No Appraisals 2. No recognition 3. Staying long will not get you any new skill.

... don’t equally respect their team. Salary- don’t expect based on CTC mentioned. Variable pays are scam. Even there is monthly variable pay. Career - it will be flat

No increment or I would say very few 1-2% increment that too once in 2-3 years, that till they deduct in terms of your EPB/ Annual variable, so you will never get more salary credited compared to your previous salaries. 3. If you got a top score in your annual variable and by any chance if you got the news that you have to leave your current account due to client is facing budget issue, you will get bad rating irrespective of your work or your quarterly/annual score. 4. There is lot of politics, if you are raising any concern, no-one will take responsibility for the same. 5. Worst company in terms of salary, increments, bonuses, policies, etc.

Lot of work pressure with their local client. If you do good work also their local client will give bad reviews always so you will not get any salary hike and they are not giving variable pay. Please don't work with their local clients project.

There are not giving salary hike and they are not giving your variable pay. Every month again they will cut salary some amount in the name of monthly performance. Mostly these all happen with their local clients so guy please don't work with their any local clients project.

I didn't like anything about HCL. They are just hiring employees and making them sit with the Client like a slave. Treating employees like slave. Toxic environment Worst management No support of management Hr policies are against employees Nothing is in favour of employees
