Dislikes

The promise of a great career path feels hollow when the reality is constant stress and little recognition. Innovation is stifled; new ideas are dismissed by management. Employees are discouraged from speaking up about problems. The atmosphere is so toxic that even the most dedicated employees feel defeated.
