The atmosphere is incredibly stressful. Everyone is on edge due to poor management and lack of support.

Management is disorganized, leading to constant stress. Workload is heavy, but pay is not commensurate. The lack of communication from leadership is frustrating. Important updates are often ignored. Feedback is ignored, leaving employees feeling voiceless. You’ll quickly feel like a cog in a broken machine.

The turnover rate is alarming. People leave as soon as they can, which speaks volumes about the workplace. Lack of support from management makes it hard to succeed in your role.
