My experience was marred by lack of communication and support. The team is disorganized and overwhelmed. There’s no job security; layoffs seem to happen without warning. I feel trapped in my role with no clear path for growth or development. The management is more focused on office drama than on employee development. Very disappointing.

Dislikes

The training is lacking, and when you ask for help, you're met with indifference from the management. The environment can be hostile, with conflicts among coworkers often left unresolved by management.

This creative writing course is very interesting that concludes with topics like poetry writing ,script writing, and creative writing with literary elements and techniques. The course fee is bit costly indeed.

Training and development are nonexistent; you're on your own here.

Dislikes

If you want a place that fosters growth and support, this is not it. I dread coming to work. The atmosphere is heavy with negativity and hostility. They promise opportunities for advancement but deliver nothing. Policies vary wildly between offices. It creates confusion and resentment.
