The salary is the only thing I like about ICICI bank

Dislikes

The screaming and shouting of bosses and no training mechanism provided by their fantastic HR team. Their backend support teams are unreliable. IT admins and the HR teams are not approachable; they neither pick up your calls nor call you back even. Unless you tag your manager, they won't even reply your mails/

- Pay is good - You may find people who can help you and guide you - great cross-functional exposure

Dislikes

- Culture is terrible ( especially a lot of people in leadership roles) - pathetic salary structure - Only work - no life - No work from home or flexibility - Overtime at least 3-4 days a week
