Tons of drawbacks Politics is in air out there. No employee motivation or encouragement No policy of anything No growth at all, don't work just polish to be awarded. Hard work, smart work anything doesn't matters. Pathetic organization Doesn't pay the portion which is even your part of salary No criteria of increment
