Had worked with IndiaMART 2 year in new SALES department NSD THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES AS WELL CLIENT'S, lot's of politics company is good but Senior level management creating hi level pressure company expectation is limited but RM ZM want's everything from your expect your life they create lots of pressure they take things personally and used them against you by making own end decision they can transfer you another location without HR permission. Future opportunities very low, salary and bounce very low. Due to pandemic company say do work from home by calling and mature sale over call but manger rm ZM want to visit the clients....Read More
