The company talks a lot about flexibility, but in practice, there's none. We were told we'd have flexible hours—just stay in the office for 6 hours and then continue working from home if needed. The country head even acknowledged that people are working from home after those 6 hours. But now, without any formal communication, we're suddenly being forced to stay in the office for 9 hours every day. There’s no official mail or policy update about this change—because they want to keep advertising that they offer flexibility. Behind the scenes, though, managers have been asked to enforce 9-hour office presence. It’s misleading and unfair. On top of that, the leadership style is extremely top-down. The country head acts like a dictator—decisions are forced on employees with no discussion or feedback loop. Employee input means nothing. Your manager’s opinion is everything, and the appraisal system reflects that. No matter how well the team performs, if your manager is biased, your rating and hike suffer. The environment lacks transparency, consistency, and fairness. Especially for employees in India—it’s frustrating to see colleagues in other countries continuing to work from home while we’re made to come in five days a week with no real reason or consideration....Read More

Different rules for people wprking from India and other counteries. Indians are asked to work from office 5 day a week where teams based outside of India are working from home all week. There is a strict work timing like it is some service based company. Poor perks
