I like the work there actually I was not so hard any person who have no idea can also take the calls just we need to know Hindi Telugu English language to communicate with the callers.

I didn't liked the salary cycle there if the salary can create on 1 St week of month will be great.I Guess in starting month most of the people will in need of economic support / money 💰 so that's all

They do not respect employees... They do not identify the real talent. They don't think Abt employee satisfaction instead they keep insulting each employee in the crowd and directly ask them to get out of the company.. The management themselves are not bothered to think about good growth of company as the behavior of the management treated to employees is worst.

Only 10% customer are happy with Justdial services so you have to sale product to rest customers. In rajasthan jaipur branch there no customer support process and where its so there staff are to minimum so Tele sales executive have to manage customer issues. Its heatic to manage two procees in single time. I first company see in my life they never discuss issues, topics, what's new with employee. Because they not interested do changes in service they not interested to do better service amd many more things.......Read More
