The learning environment is supportive, and the team is knowledgeable, making it a worthwhile place for gaining practical insights into the industry.

Dislikes

However, one major downside is the lack of job security. Employees can be let go without any prior notice, which creates an atmosphere of uncertainty. This practice can be quite stressful and is something that the company should seriously consider addressing for the well-being of its staff.

the career growth is just a trap to show newcomers as an example I feel. The decisions for anything and everything are taken by the CEO and other higher management people just follow the instructions blindly. No work ethic or value for people who work for the company
