Poor salary , Pay hikes are meagre, the last 3 years , average pay hike is 4.5- 5% . There is nothing much in terms of employee benefits. Health insurance is Co pay of 30% and also premium is deducted from your salary.

I was handling a team of RM's , responsible for sales and other targets of the branch. It is a hectic job , with all the pressures associated with a sales job. Work life balance is very average.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Timely getting salary .. nothing else

Dislikes

No banking system , customer dissatisfaction, accounts will open 5/7 days after the processing , no worklife balance . Branch manager have to do everything. Recruitment is pathetic. So called RMs are not capable like other bank sales officers also . Bank need business like icici , HDFC , but system is like co operative banks . Products are sucks.

My first job. Hr Department is always help you if you need. Promotion is transparent. I wish to join again It was excellent experience to work with kotal Mahindra bank and people can grow here and you can learn all banking products and people are always helping. RCU BMU team is very knowledgeable.

Not good for sales and branch banking very bad culture you can try your Luck in other department but no management and service quality not at all satisfactory job manager will torture you so much for SELLING LIFE INSURANCE AND GENERAL INSURANCE
