Good exposure and occasionally good opportunities

Dislikes

No respect for employees. Forced to serve entire notice period of 3 months without any reason and only to harass. Appraisals and promotions are biassed and only works on whims and fancies of Partner. Even cordial exit is made torturous. No respect for personal life and decisions. Humiliated on the basis of educational background. Overall, culture way too much partner centric and hence any disagreements will not be appreciated. One has to deal with insecurities of Partner....Read More

SAP practice as part of Management consulting is mismanaged by incompetent partners who do not have SAP knowledge, lack of vision and petty politics is seen. Partners in SAP practice do not allow growth of competent people who bring expertise from outside.
