Career growth and opportunity, just like a government company. Employees are working in same position 5 to 6 years. Job security and social benefits are goods. Increment in salary is better as compare to other automobile industry. Upper management and company assest manager not a huminiars. He give grading as a Targeting.

Dislikes

Targeting grading and promotion. Promotion time is very more. 5 to 6 years in research department. Very long working hours, almost 10 hurs/day.

Work culture is good, but Company assest( reporting manager) not humanirs behavior.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
