1. Salary is OK when compared to other. 2. Company mainly focus in the skill development. 3. Job security is damn sure.

Dislikes

1. Promotion and grading system is not good. 2. Observed biased promotion system. 3. As per recent policies, observed more variation in salary of same level personnel. 4. Working hours are 9 to 6:45 which is more compared to other(work life balance issue). 5. Working hours flexibility is not possible.

Dislikes

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

There nothing to like about in this company except their medical policy.

Dislikes

Working in this company is like working in hell. They treat like you are in school so keep you attendance above 95%. They think employees are robots they keep doing work on & on without asking any questions. Management is literally so inefficient they alway allocate work which need to complete within same day.
