Hi salaries compare to market rates. Exposure of manufacturing process and actual issues coming in the vehicle.

Dislikes

hikes has been reduced compared to previous years. Also department level manager have high power given so if you are not good with him it can destroy your career. The mission in the policy about work from home but in actual it depends on manager weather he approves or not. For rnd also it has policies applicable to production.

Most people who work in Maruti retire from it. Promotions happen timely and year to year hike is very good. Everyone is very approachable and learning curve will be very good.
