Disastrous HR management. 35 percentage variable pay in CTC, unnecessary inflating the CTC. FIXED is so low that employee will go into depression. Being a semi government company the compensation policy is worst than private companies. Everyday office. Less public holidays. No Diwali / Birthdays gifts. Salary: compensation differences are huge. Freshers get 16-20LPA and seniors are not even getting 10LPA. Favoritism: The worst thing about NPCI is how management give better ratings to there favorites only. Food: Hyderabad office is nothing but a zoo. Huge crowd and terrible food offerings that too are not free. Employee has to payfor the food. Management: The most unskillled management. Bunch of confused folks, not knowing what to do with the product and have 0 vision of there own projects....Read More

No support , no guidance Everyone will just blame and pinpoint others . What is the point of keeping vendors if they don’t want them to own and let the work done . Everybody here will just let you know that you have zero knowledge . Every hour they will ask for update , the real micromanagement happens here . Those who start their career with NPCI can sustain better since this is their first exposure but for experienced it is definitely not the place to be in.

Dislikes

Extremely burocratic in nature. They go by perception than merit. Even on leaves seniors donnot hesitate to call you, pull you up when you have been away on your time off, even after sending mails, you are expected to personally reach out to the senior's cabin saying "hey i emailed you just now.please have a look"
