Nothing. A terrible company with terrible management.

Salary: compensation differences are huge. Freshers get 16-20LPA and seniors are not even getting 10LPA. Favoritism: The worst thing about NPCI is how management give better ratings to there favorites only. Food: Hyderabad office is nothing but a zoo. Huge crowd and terrible food offerings that too are not free. Employee has to payfor the food. Management: The most unskillled management. Bunch of confused folks, not knowing what to do with the product and have 0 vision of there own projects....Read More
