I like the work life balance here that is outstanding.

Dislikes

I find it difficult when it comes to career growth. Employees who are vintage here are always questioned to achieve 420-480 target. It is nothing to do with the knowledge. I have experienced people who had been promoted and not carrying the process knowledge than why it is required for promotion. At specific point of time it should be officially on paper if someone promoted.
