Natwest is a good company, it has an excellent leave policy- 30 paid, 12 sick, and 10 annual. You will get domain knowledge but only after spending more than 2 years in the same team. Everything is complex and requires a longer period to understand. If you are lucky, then you will land a good team, and people will help you, but after some time, you won't be able to enjoy it because of too much work. Unlike my scenario, where everyone is focused on maintaining their dependency in the team, so they will hardly help you. People here love to pull you down and pretend they helped you all those times. People are snake here, ready to bite you....Read More

Nothing is good in Natwest Markets; too much involvement of the skip level manager within the team, and directly on to you. Your manager won't be able to say anything because manager - manager is involved. It's surrounded by a** licking people and too much of politics. One thing you will surely learn in life is how to deal with crappy people. You will be a different human being after joining Natwest Markets (sad, depressive way) I would highly recommend not to join. If you are holding an offer from Natwest Market, try to find another offer. Do not join Archit kataria team, he is a vampire, who loves to suck blood of people, He is fat and ugly just like Erlick Bachman. Long working hours and no work-life balance....Read More
