Working Shift timing was suitable for working women and Leave taking also sufficient.

Dislikes

Major concern is Salary, they provide designation related job but they are not provide salary related to that designation and also without update designation in portal they ask to do that designated jobs.

My job experience was good but I'm very much worried about my salary. I'm already 5 years experience when I was joined in SPS but they are not provide salary package based on my previous experience. Till now my take home salary 17640 only.

If you are a beginner, this would be a good place to start. There is a good work life balance over here but again it depends on the team you are being recruited.

Dislikes

Salary is less No increment\ hike. Palgrave team and project management team are the worst team to get in! The workflow is too much to handle for the salary being credited.
