I don't know about other places what the salary package Serco gives to their employee but at my place, it was not satisfactory, I don't think there was a good increment in salary and no good bonus at all.

The training is good and company is also good.

Dislikes

The management is completely local and do not cooperate with the employess. The management are not helpful to employees. The work environment is worst.

I was working as customer support executive but we were not getting any benefits nor requested off's. Also, we were forced to do evening shift for all boys and morning shift to girls. Lot of partiality with terms of policy and work.
