Majority of the people are very supportive.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no systematic process. No variable payout. HRs don’t support. No transparency in variable payout calculation. No flexibility in terms of work from home. Bring your own device and company doesn’t care if anything goes wrong with heavy usage of personal laptop either.

It is a great experience working in shadowfax. Too many opportunities and chances of growth. Environment is very cool. All are cooperative. Hope this would be my last company as an employee.

There is no Job security, talk about for work culture, is very work stressed for daily work and routine life very painful, and company policies is not favorable for employees

Management only gives pressure but we failed in that case, because there is no support for it
