If your are fresher and you do not have any family responsibilities so you can join this company for learning only.

Dislikes

Politics involved by the seniors for normal staff. Like you will get promotion but you will not get salary only they will use your capabilities about solving their work pressure. Once you will do all things they will loose their promises about salary increment. After that you are useless for them.
