- great work culture - people are friendly and helpful - use of latest technologies in most teams and if not you are free to introduce it to your team if it solves a good use-case - no hierarchy. Free to talk to the VP as well. - I was lucky to be part of a team where everyone were cordial and we had fun while working.

Dislikes

- rubbish promotion system. I have seen less serving candidates get promoted faster than the most deserving ones. - sometimes the work pressure will be more in a lower priority team solely because they will have lesser number of folks working on multiple projects. Whereas in higher priority teams will be geo-located and more ppl, so work is distributed better.
