The management is pathetic in captive SOC projects. The managers/seniors managers are incompetent and are unable to drive the project or handle customers. You will be forced to face the customer specially when he is angry as the managers fear to face the customer and instead send juniors to face the angry customer. Taking leaves is also an issue here as managers will deny your leave and the comment they give is "I have also not taken leaves since many days". If you go to HR they will pretend like they will resolve your issue but they only perform formality. The customer directly calls HR here and hence you cannot expect unbiased decision from them or any decision/policy in your favor.( for the management and HR customer is always right) Forget about appraisal and if you are not saying yes to every work (even task not under your scope) then the managers will ensure that your variable is not given to you.( variable which is part of salary is also given yearly) In Captive SOC the customers are not behaved and insults everyone working over here( they don't even spare seniors like leads and managers). This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization. Please refrain from joining the captive SOC projects in this organization....Read More
