- With 2 years experience, I can say great company to start your career. - There are compulsory rotational shifts but they compensate you with shift allowance & transport. - For me there wasn't a much exposure for learning the great things but yeah to some extent you can put your skills to test and learn something new which is related to that process by the various trainings provided by them. - Management is totally fine.- Pay will be sufficient for what work you are doing, nothing so fancy about it. - Career growth & hike is not in great pace you will have spend your time to get some hike & move to the next level in the hierarchy. - Overall as a fresher you can expect a good place to start your career and switch after sometime is recommended....Read More

Work culture is very good and if you are quick enough to finish off your work. You can enjoy this place a lot.

Dislikes

All the employees will not be treated equally. If some one is very close to senior's or management they will grow like anything even though they does not deserve. Also they will get leave easily on alternate basis. but if you are not close to them then god knows what will happen to you. Being honest is very big crime. No body will accept their mistakes specially FINDLAW. You have be political with them in order to deal with them....Read More

I have shifted office from one to another many times in my career with Thomson Reuters. Those are signs of growth of the company it self in Bangalore. Have seen Acquisitions in the company from Thomson to Thomson Reuters & now Refinitiv

Apart from those rated above, it is mostly a stable company currently transforming and making foot steps in latest technologies like big data analytics, ML/AI.

I was working in Inside Sales and had a boss who was nothing less than a corporate cockroach. Dealing with an egoistic boss is possible to dome extent. Stupidity of a boss can be for one a blessing and a curse however this creature was a mix of both so say goodbye to your career growth of even a non toxic work environment where you can take some learning that may help you along the way. Excellent place to work. Remember one thing, there is no other Thomson Reuters. Leaving TR is a very tough decision for any of TR employee. Company Employees policies are best in class. Managers are very helpful.
