I had a great exp working in TR. People, Process, management every thing is good here. no work pressure at all. people can earn extra money above their salary through quarterly incentives. Managers are really supporting.

Middle Management is never about the team, rather taking up individual credit and individual progress. Pathetic Communication in any form (Work, Releases). All teams & individuals are holding up their silos at an unseen level and increasing, ending up with more office politics."U scratch my back and I will scratch yours" Indian locations are always 2nd Citizens, All decision making is done at US offices. Infiltrated by desis at middle & higher level. They don't have a process of auditing whether the project is a success or not. Everything that goes to production is a success, whether it took 2 to 3 x time, underperforming high maintenance code, and on top of that people will take credits and promotions on it....Read More

Ealier I join as an intern in this company and that time it was known as Pangea 3 and then later on Thomson Reuter aquiered P3. The overall experience with the company was good but just we need to work for long hours 15-16 hours at times. You need to work hard and give good quality work with zero errors. I worked on various Finnancial and Product liability projects. I was part of litigation team and worked on numerous document review projects. I was Team leader and I need to provide training to my team mates and escalate very essencial Hot documents to clients. We use to code the document as per the client protocol and attain client call. Classify the document for Responsive and for Non responsive ness, Privilege and confidential etc. as per the client instuctions. Your Compensation and growth totally depend on quality of work you provide. I worked for almost five year in this company and i started my carrier as an intern and got promoted to Seniour Associate within this five year. You just need to be focused, dedicated to your work then growth is yours. I worked with good motivating Managers and colleagues. Trainings are provided to everyone from freshers to senior floks as n when required. The work pressure was very high. Sometimes i had to work for 14 -15 hours a day. My overall experience was good, i had worked on various document review projects.
