Too much dirty politics. Few colleagues tried their best to get hardworking employees fired due to jealousy, and the management does not care to take action. For me working for Thomson is a huge thing, I was part of Core Cite Testing team. I would say our Team Lead was very understanding and open to new ideas and always motivates to push through your goals my TL supported in difficult times, she maintains that positive rapport with all the team mates in every aspect of choosing a good project and how we could improve to maintain growth and the best part of it was prioritizing the work and delivered before the deadlines.
