Everything... Lot of difference when it comes to location. Bangalore team has different facilities and employee benefits. Mysore management is totally worst. Whatever budget is allocated it is not reaching to employees properly. No employee benefits. Due to stress, you might get some negative thoughts too (u know what i mean). Though this company is there for 20 years, but Mysore top management has to be completely changed. Highly micromanagement company. They have an application to track every single minute of employee activity even your washroom movements. Management think that they are the rulers here and in spite of that some top management members are involved in female favourism. HR is available in this company just for the sake. They don't even know who are their employees. HR manager here is eligible only to sell samosa's. If you want to work in Mysore location, please think 100 times. Don't ruin your life....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company. It's like an old abandoned building. The people who run the company has to know what a corporate culture is. I feel bad for the people who work.

No proper work culture. No proper amenities. It's lacking many things. The type of company it is as per the time in industry it is way behind. Some rather small companies have better corporate culture than this one. No work life balance. Leave policy is just on paper but the management never approves more than 2 days of leave. Thereis no flexibility as work hours go beyond the fixed hours. The HR there have never seen any corporates in their life the way they are. The company is nothing more than a depression for the ones who have come from good corporates....Read More
