People who are working there from very long time. One incident is that, Testing team convinced Manager to make development team to do testing, even though we don’t have time and it’s not in our bucket. Everyone has own job and responsibilities. It not like Testing team going to pick up development when we are in pinch. Manager doesn’t have slightest clue that everyone and team has their tasks.
