lt was fantastic to work in a B.Ed. college, it was awesome to keep in touch with the future teachers. There was a friendly environment.

SALARY WAS THE MAIN ISSUE, HAVING HIGHLY QUALIFIED IT WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK.

I am asst. Librarian of this institute. But job security nil. Sallery increments zero. Manager is moody he decided who appointed or rejected. I am not secured for this job. Every time I m fearer boss quit this job
