- 5 days working -8.30 hours strict punch in & punch out but no overtime -good office and work-life balance - business trip to all India with decent stays -DA, TA & engagement activities, Foreign trip

Dislikes

- Internal Politics - Delayed promotion - Unfit senior staff (in terms of education bachelors hired in the early phase are now managers with zero ground knowledge - Zero transparency about R&R, promotion, rating nothing is discussed and the promotion is also surprise - No learning or growth just a comfortable job which will kill all your creativity

Sat off, you can go home timely, no pressure, business trips

There is no actual work that adds on to your profile and growth, after some time you will feel under-utilised. No transperancy in performance rating, and promotion n appraisal are done on pre decisions f senior, buttering, you will see graduate without any experience of any industry are heads and manager of team which are MBAs from top B schools. No growth, peanut hike.
