...still gives promotions like peanuts & chickpeas. Standard increment is just 7 %. The increment amount will be given as Variable pay which will be cut as per performance ratting. Overall got only 5 % rather than 7 %. Even FY25-26 year increase will be more 2 % will lesser.

Job timings are more more than 12 hrs Work life balance is zero. No promotions. Remote location work Very bad work culture. No holiday on Sunday. And no leaves.

On time salary last day of the month, on time appraisal in april. Good learning platforms, SOPs, policy, commitment

Tie-up with other companies to not hire either parties employee. Too Long & non-negotiable notice period. Work-life imbalanced.

Site head position is not good and L1 & L2 positions are good , no involvement in local issues solving .

If someone get the offer/oportunity for the Khavda location i personally suggest don't take. You'll regret after seeing the ground reality. Actual location if far away from the khavda and it is near to Pakistan borders. Accomodation and food facility is also pathetic. So ones visit the site before joine. Also they are following 9 working hours/week which is also not as per the compliance. Hygiene is a myth here. You have to eat with the flies. Dinner is so worst that you can not consume as a humans.
