Well, it's going to be a huge list - The CEO doesn't have a basic leadership skill, is extremely arrogant, and is abusive to the extent that you will feel like your worst mistake ever. - No Job security- they can abuse you and fire you any time they want. - The Director of client servicing, is a racist. - Your mental health will be ruin - It doesn't make sense, since they will hire you as an account manager for a saas based company but there is no learning or understanding about any of this. You will be just generating leads and arranging meetings for their clients, which is nowhere close to SAAS. Most importantly everything winds up to the culture and it absolutely abusive, toxic, and extremely bad.

No work life balance. Office Politics. CEO is an illiterate, ignorant, rude personality with anger issues. Uses inappropriate language and behaviour towards employees. You are not given any orientation or proper training and then chastised for "not following process". Save yourself the mental trauma and wasted career months (yes you won't last more than a few months), instead find an organization that values its employees and a stable minded CEO.

CEO is very disrespectful. Dont know how to talk to his employees. He will use foul language and be arrogant about everything. Will give you trauma for life. Please be kind to your self and don't ever join this company.
